In honor of International Poetry Day, Thursday, March 21, 2024, we've teamed up with artist Romaric, better known as seconde/seconde/, to unveil our latest model.

At BUCI, our vision is to poeticize time, and this collaboration with seconde/seconde/ fits perfectly into that perspective. Exploring the question "What is poetry?", which has always been at the heart of our universe, we found in the artist an ideal partner to bring this vision to life.

Romaric set out to explore the dark and unforgiving facets of poetry, resulting in two unique creations: a pad print on the sapphire caseback, illustrating his definition of poetry - "Poetry: a combat sport where an audacious soul fights fiercely against a blank page", and a unique signature on the textured dial that evokes paper.

This timepiece embodies the very essence of poetry according to seconde/seconde/, a supreme art form where paper and poet bleed simultaneously.

These forty automatic watches mark the conclusion of BUCI's first chapter, bringing to a close our first limited and numbered edition, running from numbers 261/300 to 300/300.

Our unisex model offers you a choice of four interchangeable poetic bracelets:
