Once placed at the centre of its personalised winder, the mechanical heart of the Art Watch keeps beating with optimal precision.

In this full artwork, multi-material marquetry artisan Rose Saneuil gives the Quetzal, bird of freedom, a green natural environment. A new blank canvas is given to the artist to personalise the base of this Planet watch winder.

The birth of Plaisir Prolongé is due to the following questioning: what happens when the Art Watch leaves the wrist of its owner? Does it have to be kept from view and locked in a watch box? How to extend the view of the dial’s artwork, and thus extend the emotion that comes from looking at this singular art piece?
