FEARS - Brunswick 38 Copper Salmon (Bracelet)

Sujet 8.png

Description

The glowing Fears watch. Hand built in Britain in small batches. Graceful and complex, the curvaceous Brunswick is an exacting object to create. It takes its inspiration from a gentleman’s cushion case watch in the Fears archives, first made in 1924, and a dial colour used in the 1940s and 50s.

CASE The Brunswick’s elegant 38mm cushion-shaped case has no flat surfaces, with even the solid case back having a gentle sweep.

DIAL The Brunswick Salmon features a Copper Salmon dial, as was used on special Fears watches in the 1940s and 50s. This rich tone is created using galvanic coatings of 18ct rose gold and copper.

HANDS The Brunswick features iconic ‘Fears’-shaped hands expertly made in Germany. Skeletonised and finished in blue using physical vapor deposition, the colour of the hands changes from almost black to electric blue in the light.

MOVEMENT The Brunswick is powered by a Swiss-made, manual winding La Joux-Perret D100 movement. This movement is the top-grade version, with an extended 50-hour power reserve and finished with Côtes de Genève and blued screws.

BRACELET The Brunswick 38 can also be fitted to a bespoke stainless steel 5-link bracelet with expertly brushed and polished links. The bracelet can be micro-adjusted with both the 8 mm and 6 mm links provided, ensuring a perfect fit. The bracelet is secured to the wrist using a trigger-release butterfly style clasp.

INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED Each watch we make carries a unique serial number. Engraved between the 20mm lugs at 12 o’clock, this number helps us identify your watch and its history.

AMOS BOX The entire Fears core collection is now presented in a slim, rectangular, wooden box made of solid ash and stained in our bespoke Fears Blue colour.
